Enrollment in Remnant Academy and Remnant Cohort is non-refundable once the program begins. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your payment secures a limited seat and grants access to materials and live sessions that cannot be reclaimed or reversed. No refunds will be issued for participants who attend, access, or begin any portion of the course or cohort.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend the program you enrolled in, you may request a one-time transfer to a future session of the same program type (Academy to Academy or Cohort to Cohort).

To be eligible:

•You must submit your transfer request at least 7 days before the program start date.

•The future session must take place within 12 months of your original program start date.

•Transfers are subject to availability. All requests must be emailed to restoredlifellc@gmail.com.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

•The program is canceled or rescheduled by our team.

•A duplicate payment was made in error.

•A documented medical emergency prevents you from participating and is communicated before the program begins.

Missed Sessions & Replays

Each live session is recorded and made available in our community group for 7 days. After 7 days, access to the replay expires.

Non-Transferrable Policy

Registrations and transfers cannot be assigned to another person. All access remains under the original purchaser’s name and email.
